Position Overview:

The Director of Engagement will oversee engagement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with our overall mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and enhances stakeholder relationships.
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in engagement efforts, including client, partner, and employee interactions.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, community leaders, and employees.
• Lead initiatives to foster deeper connections and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

1. Campaign Development:

• Design and implement targeted engagement campaigns and programs that drive participation and interaction.
• Utilize data and insights to tailor engagement efforts and measure campaign effectiveness.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, communications, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support engagement initiatives and align messaging.

1. Event Management:

• Oversee the planning and execution of engagement events, webinars, and conferences.
• Ensure events are well-organized, impactful, and aligned with engagement goals.

1. Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

1. Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of engagement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are aligned with strategic objectives and professional development goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in engagement, communications, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful engagement strategies and campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Experience with event planning and management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
