Senior Sales Executive (Used Cars sales)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Senior Sales Executive to support our car sales operations. The ideal candidate will manage vehicle listings, coordinate with customers, support vehicle finance processing, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and financing options
• Coordinate daily car sales activities and customer inquiries.
• Upload and update vehicle listings on Dubizzle, Dubicars, Facebook Marketplace, and other automotive portals.
• Ensure accurate pricing, specifications, and vehicle descriptions.
• Assist customers with vehicle finance applications and documentation.
• Handle filing, documentation, and office coordination.
• Handle test drives, vehicle delivery, and post-sale follow-ups
• provide professional support to customers throughout the sales process.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for vehicle insurance issuance, renewal, and claims processing.
• Coordinate with authorized garages for vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) for vehicle registration, renewal, and testing procedures.
• Arrange vehicle passing tests and ensure compliance with RTA requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with knowledge of accounting preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in car sales coordination.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes and finance coordination.
• Experience with automotive online portals is an advantage.
