IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chiller Technician to maintain, repair, and optimize HVAC and refrigeration systems within our hospitality facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operation of chillers, air conditioning units, and cooling systems while complying with safety and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities- Operate, maintain, and repair chillers, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on HVAC and cooling equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and HVAC standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and spare parts inventory
- Collaborate with facility management and engineering teams to optimize system performance
- Monitor energy efficiency and recommend improvements for chiller and cooling systems
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests
- Proven experience as a Chiller Technician, HVAC Technician, or Refrigeration Technician
- Strong knowledge of chiller systems, cooling cycles, and refrigerants (R22, R410A, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Physically fit and able to work in hospitality facility environments
- Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and building regulations
- Technical or vocational certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience working in hotels, resorts, or large hospitality facilities in Dubai
- Familiarity with energy-efficient chiller operations and HVAC automation systems
