About the Opportunity

As we grow across new markets, were searching for a Business Development Associate to join our Dubai team whos ready to turn opportunity into impact. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience, support strategic growth initiatives, and develop your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

As our Business Development Associate youll be responsible for;
  • Overseeing and managing the full business development process to support regional growth objectives.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating the CRM system (transitioning to Microsoft Dynamics 365) with client information, business opportunities, and sales pipeline data.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute company-sponsored marketing and networking events, including facilitating pre- and post-event briefings.
  • Conducting in-depth market research using platforms such as BNC Market Intelligence to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
  • Assisting the senior management team in preparing proposals, presentations and other client-facing documents.
  • Managing vendor registration and pre-qualification processes for new and potential clients; maintain a register of companies with which each TBH entity in the Middle East is registered or pre-qualified.
  • Collaborating across departments to implement growth strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinating and facilitating key business development meetings
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of target clients, including organizational mapping and identification of key decision-makers.

What youll bring

As our successful candidate you&aposll bring:

  • Bachelors degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of the GCC construction industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel internationally.
  • Strong organisation and project management skills.
  • Team Player able to collaborate across all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with directors and clients.
