Role Overview
WDPJETS Aviation is seeking an experienced Aviation Charter Broker to develop and manage high-value private jet charter business.
This role requires a results-driven professional with strong market knowledge, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to close charter deals while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Source, quote, and secure private jet charters for UHNW individuals, family offices and corporate clients.
- Manage a disciplined sales pipeline to build long-term, high-value relationships.
- Utilize Avinode and internal sourcing tech to negotiate global aircraft availability and pricing with operators globally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless, premium flight execution.
- Monitor market trends, aircraft availability, and industry pricing dynamics.
- 2+ years of private jet charter brokerage experience.
- Existing network within UHNWIs/family offices or luxury travel sectors.
- Proven ability to bring an active book of business or network.
- Proficiency in Avinode, CRM systems and aircraft capabilities.
- Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.
- Driver's License is a must.
