Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer with strong Learning & Development (L&D) expertise to design, deliver, and enhance sales training programs for real estate teams. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Arabic & English), with hands-on real estate experience, and a proven ability to train Sales, Telesales, Promoters and brokers to improve sales performance and client engagement.
Conduct effective Product & Sales Training for Sales Employees and Real Estate Agencies & Brokers.
Facilitate broker briefings, ensuring clear communication of project details, pricing, and selling points.
Able to make content for Product Training, Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.
Provide coaching on sales techniques, negotiation skills, and objection handling.
Ability to engage and motivate diverse sales teams.
Experience in Real Estate project launches and off-plan sales.
Strong understanding of Real Estate products, sales cycles, and market dynamics.
Organize workshops, refresher training, and continuous learning sessions.
Conduct training sessions for new hires, including product knowledge and sales processes.
Design and deliver high-impact, results-oriented training programs using proven L&D frameworks and adult learning methodologies.
Drive sales capability building by equipping promoters and brokers with advanced selling techniques, persuasive pitching, and closing strategies.
Conduct powerful broker briefings and product launches that clearly communicate value propositions and competitive advantages.
Standardize sales processes, messaging, and customer journey touchpoints across all Sales team.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory updates to continuously refine training content.
Act as a subject matter expert in real estate sales, providing strategic input to improve overall sales performance and customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Management or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
Mandatory experience in the UAE real estate industry.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Must be available to join immediately.
