Agriculture Tissues Engineer

• Supervise the preparation of culture media, main chemical solutions, and hormone solutions.
• Prepare purchase requests and ensure adequate stock of chemicals, growth hormones, nutrients, tissue culture glassware, and laboratory equipment; inspect and receive equipment and materials from municipal warehouses.
• Follow up on periodic laboratory maintenance for all equipment, monitor the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure optimal use of laboratory devices and equipment.
• Provide scientific and practical training for lab technicians, monitor their work, and supervise the preparation of culture media, chemical solutions, plant separation in isolation cabinets, sterilization of tools, and ensure proper sterilization of the laboratory.
• Carry out all assigned tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the department’s approved information security and confidentiality policies and within granted authorities.
• Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the work as assigned.
