Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at The Beauty Lounge For Ladies in Al Ain. The Assistant Manager supports daily salon operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth service delivery.This role monitors service quality, assists with customer inquiries and feedback, and ensures that clients experience a welcoming and professional environment. The Assistant Manager helps manage inventory, supports promotional activities, and maintains salon cleanliness and presentation standards.
This position also involves assisting with staff training, performance monitoring, and implementing salon policies and procedures to uphold brand standards.
Qualifications- Operational and administrative skills, including scheduling, coordinating staff, and managing day-to-day salon activities.
- Customer service and communication skills to handle client inquiries, feedback, and support a high-quality guest experience.
- Basic financial and organizational skills, such as monitoring costs, supporting sales activities, and maintaining records.
