Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Restaurant Reservations Agent to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant reservations, guest inquiries, and dining coordination, ensuring a seamless and personalized dining experience in line with luxury hospitality standards.

• Handle restaurant reservations accurately via phone, email, and reservation systems
• Coordinate dining arrangements across all hotel restaurants and outlets
• Provide detailed information on menus, promotions, operating hours, and special events
• Manage guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements
• Liaise closely with restaurant managers and host teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain up-to-date reservation records and seating plans
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure all interactions reflect the hotel's luxury service standards

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in restaurant reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable or similar) is an advantage
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude
