Job Title: Architectural InspectorLocation: Abu Dhabi
Experience: 7 years (5 years in UAE)
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering
Industry: Experience on Villas, Residential & Hospitality projects only
Job Summary:We are hiring an experienced Architectural Inspector to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and support quality assurance on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect architectural works and finishes as per drawings and codes
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project leads
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and ensure quality control
- Maintain site records, daily logs, and inspection reports
- Monitor safety and compliance with project standards
- Issue NCRs and support corrective actions
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of architectural methods, finishes, and building codes
- Proficient in report writing and site documentation
- Experience in mixed-use, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
- Safety certification
- Experience with consultancy firms in the UAE
