Physical Education Trainer ( Female)

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Physical Education (PE) Instructor to deliver structured sports and physical training programs within school and institutional environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Physical Education or Sports Science, along with experience in schools (preferably high school level) or similar structured environments such as military or national service programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver structured physical education sessions aligned with curriculum and program objectives
• Conduct fitness assessments and monitor students progress
• Manage and supervise sports activities in school or institutional settings
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and disciplined training environment
• Coordinate with school staff, management, and other stakeholders
• Support the development of sports programs, events, and activities
• Maintain records, reports, and performance tracking
• Promote health, fitness, and teamwork among participants

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:
• Schools (preferably high school level), or
• Institutional environments (military / national service preferred)
• Strong understanding of structured training programs and student management
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises and activities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in government schools or military environments
• Relevant coaching or teaching certifications
• First Aid / CPR certification
