About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the resorts Information Technology team.
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are- Business Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proactively gather requirements from multiple sources using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks, and workflow analysis.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead the development, documentation and translation of complex enterprise-wide business requirements into visual process maps, use cases, and/or technical specifications
- Leverage advanced analytical skills to interpret business needs, distil high-level information into underlying details and translate them into operational requirements
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans and assist in defining success metrics
- Successfully engage in a dynamic work environment and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, with the flexibility to adjust to fast-paced and evolving priorities
- Demonstrate teamwork and drive successful results in small or complex applications rollout to single or multi-properties
- Adherence to Company Policies
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT to define system and process requirements.
- Analyse current systems and workflows to identify areas for enhancement or automation.
- Gather and document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Support the planning, design, testing, and deployment of system upgrades, enhancements, and the implementation of new systems or applications.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials.
- Partner with software vendors, application developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.
- Assist in project management activities, including task tracking, timeline monitoring, and status reporting.
- Generate analytical reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and provide analytical support across departments.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of related BA or Systems Analyst experience, preferably within the gaming and/or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of: POS, PMS, CMS systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of computer-generated reports, forms, and programs as necessary to complete all job tasks.
