About the Role:
As the Ambassador for a Luxury Brand, you will drive sales growth, deliver outstanding customer service, and offer expert interior design consultancy to private clients, corporate clients, architects, and designers.
You will manage the full customer journey from initial consultation to final delivery and installation ensuring an exceptional, tailored experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a deep understanding of the product line to effectively engage with customers and assist them in selecting the most suitable furniture and accessories.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Identify and establish valuable contacts with private and corporate clients, organizing dedicated showroom visits and curated experiences.
Design and propose efficient commercial offers to maximize ROI and sales volume, based on market dynamics and competitive analysis.
Manage each customer journey meticulously from consultation to final delivery and installation.
Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing performance trends and key KPIs.
Maintain an updated project pipeline and forecast sales, highlighting expected purchase timelines and potential risks for monthly and quarterly reviews.
Utilize data insights to optimize showroom operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide regular feedback and market insights to management.
Deliver comprehensive interior design solutions, including furniture selection, space planning, mood boards, and design concept presentations.
Use CAD software and AI tools in design to produce impactful visualizations for clients.
Customize design solutions aligned with client preferences, requirements, and budgets.
Stay current with design trends, materials, and luxury market innovations to continually elevate the client experience.
Integrate interior design services into the overall sales strategy to maximize opportunities.
Required Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury furniture sales experience, preferably with an interior design background.
- Fluent in English; excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sense of creativity, reliability, and client-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in CAD and design tools is a plus & familiarity with AI tools in design visualization.
