We are looking for candidates with expertise in both Information Technology and Business Administration for the role of IT Business Analyst.

IT Business Analysts are responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.

The best IT Business Analysts have exceptional interpersonal skills as they need to act as a communication link between the IT and Executive branches.

Requirements:

• Elicits, analyzes, and validates business needs from stakeholders, customers, and end users.
• Defines project scope, stakeholders, requirements, and success criteria.
• Gathers requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis.
• Prioritizes, documents, and translates business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Creates process models, diagrams, and specifications to guide developers and project teams.
• Conducts reviews to ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and aligned with standards.
• Tracks requirements throughout the project lifecycle and communicates changes effectively.
• Supports research, sourcing, and implementation of business technologies.
• Provides insights through data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
• Guides junior staff and contributes to strategic planning and business growth.

• A bachelors degree in computer science.
• 8+ years in a similar role with 35 years of specialized experience
• Skilled in business & technical requirements analysis, modeling, and methodology development
• Strong project management experience with planning and resource management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of organizational goals and strategic alignment
