Junior Recruitment Consultant

Employment: Full Time
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for people, a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications
- Analyse roles to identify essential qualifications and candidate profiles
- Source candidates using various tools and platforms
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates
- Collect and relay interview feedback promptly
- Assist in negotiating offers, including salaries and benefits
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of recruitment documentation
- Stay informed on market trends and recruitment best practices
- Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the industry
- Quarterly commission for exceeding performance targets
- 23 working days' annual leave, increasing up to 25 days

- Reports to Managing Consultant.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Up to 2 years of prior experience in recruitment, HR or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, focused, and proactive approach
- Confident in using the phone and writing compelling job ads
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Salary: AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
