Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and build your own team of off-plan Property Specialists
Lead, mentor, and manage your team to achieve peak performance
Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching
Set clear goals and drive the team to exceed sales targets
Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day motivation
Support high-value closings and key negotiations
Stay informed on new project launches, market movements, and developer updates
Ensure full compliance with company policies and RERA regulations
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience (off-plan preferred)
Strong background in team recruitment, training, and leadership
Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
UAE driver's license and personal vehicle required
In-depth understanding of Dubai's off-plan property market
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-focused
Open to working on a commission-only structure (with lucrative team override earnings)
