Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize employee records, both digital and paper files
- Assist in the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, posting jobs, coordinating with candidates)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates
- Manage HR calendars, schedule meetings, and organize department events or training sessions
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Help with payroll processing and timesheet collection
- Maintain office and HR supply inventories
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR metrics and projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP)
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Attention to Detail – Ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in data, documents, or processes.
- Analytical Thinking – Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess information critically.
- Time Management – Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Organizational Skills – Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
- Communication – Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills
Salary: AED 5,500 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
