MacGregor Black is working with an exciting Beauty Disruptor to find a Digital Marketing Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Dubai.

As Digital Marketing Manager, youll lead and execute digital marketing strategies that deliver results across awareness, acquisition, and retention. From paid channels to owned content, youll make sure every digital touchpoint contributes to brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and display
• Manage budgets and deliver high ROI through performance optimisation
• Collaborate with content, CRM, SEO, and product teams
• Analyse performance and turn insights into actionable improvements
• Oversee the digital marketing calendar and promotional campaigns
• Manage agency relationships and ensure timely delivery of assets and results
• Bring new ideas to test, learn, and grow across new channels

• 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in beauty, DTC, or lifestyle sectors
• Experience managing 360 campaigns and media budgets
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4
• Data-driven mindset but creative thinker
• Excellent project management and stakeholder alignment
