Purpose of the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant and Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team.The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of online platforms and a creative mindset to contribute to our campaigns and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email marketing, content marketing, paid social, and SEO/AIO.
- Plan, create and publish engaging content across social media channels, aligned with brand tone and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce visually engaging and informative Foleon-based digital publications, such as brochures, reports, and thought leadership pieces.
- Assist with the management and maintenance of the companys website and assist in content updates and optimisation.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support email marketing efforts, including list segmentation, template creation and performance tracking.
- Conduct keyword research and assist in optimising website and publication content for improved search engine rankings.
- Create and update marketing reports to showcase campaign performance, audience engagement and other relevant metrics.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
- Help maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, CMS, and Foleon.
- Basic understanding of SEO/AIO principles and keyword research.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
