Location: UAE (Preference for candidates currently based in the UAE)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to support a high-impact growth initiative involving over 2000+ new positions. This role demands a strategic leader capable of addressing immediate hiring needs while also building scalable recruitment infrastructure for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term talent acquisition strategy.
• Lead and optimize the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Fill critical leadership roles to support business growth.
• Establish a sourcing database and candidate pipeline.
• Standardize interview, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Provide insights on industry trends and talent best practices.
• Build internal TA capabilities and mentor recruitment teams.

Required Expertise:

• Minimum 12 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in high-volume and strategic hiring, preferably in Oil & Gas or similar industries.
• Proven ability to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and local hiring practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
