Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Assistant Guest Relation Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service in our prestigious establishment.
- Assist the Guest Relation Manager in overseeing daily operations of the guest relations department
- Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and professional first impression
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Train and mentor guest relations staff to maintain service excellence
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, preparing reports for management
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and VIP services
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Stay informed about local attractions and events to provide accurate information to guests
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field with 2-3 years of experience in guest relations or customer service in a luxury setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and cultural sensitivities, especially in the context of Dubai and the UAE
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
