Job Description

Overview:

This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical works.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot faults in AC systems, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP works or relevant HVAC experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems (single-phase, domestic systems).
• Knowledge of solar systems is an added advantage.
• Experience in O&M for general AC works is a plus.
• Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
