Job Description

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to IT related projects, assisting in planning and execution of key internal initiatives related to the strategy, act as a business partner by engaging with our internal customers to identify technology-driven improvements, document business requirements, research technology solutions and leading practices.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide full administration of projects throughout the planning, implementation and dissemination of project cycle
  • Monitor data and maintain Project's Status Reports on the system with all the necessary updates on the ongoing projects and ensuring that all documents are collated, filed and dispatched as required.
  • Support by monitoring resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Organize and schedule meetings
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Liase with vendors to identify use cases, scale knowledge and maximize usage of technology tools
  • Prepare communication and change management materials to support our project implementation go live
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies making recommendations for their adoption where appropriate
  • Prepare project documentation such as process mapping, current state, future state, acceptance criteria's, business requirement document
