Project Manager - Utilities, Infrastructure & LandscapeAbu Dhabi, UAE
Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Client to ensure the successful delivery of projects in line with agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale civil, utilities, and landscape projects (up to USD 200 million) within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment. Demonstrated expertise in overseeing projects from initiation through to completion in a PMC capacity is essential.
What Youll be doing:
- Support the Senior Project Manager in the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned project components
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders
- Prepare and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and work programs
- Establish, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure effective integration and coordination across all project functions and disciplines
- Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards
- Review and verify invoices, progress reports, and project documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients
What will be Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field)
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management within infrastructure, utilities, or landscape projects
- Strong experience working in a PMC environment on large-scale projects
- Proactive approach to resolving design and construction challenges to support timely project delivery
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with government authorities, regulatory entities, and stakeholders
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are preferred
- Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and industry best practices
