Hiring: Commercial - Real Estate Agent | Dubai, UAE

Banke International Properties is expanding its Commercial Division and is looking for driven consultants to handle office, retail, and industrial leasing and sales across Dubai.

Whether you're entering real estate or have 1–2 years of sales experience, the focus is simple:

provide you with the structure, tools, and exposure to close deals faster.

This is a performance-based role — growth is driven by results, not hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close residential and commercial transactions
• Advise UAE & international investors and end-users
• Manage leads via Bayut, Property Finder, and in-house CRM
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Prepare proposals and market comparisons
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline
• Develop your personal brand within Dubai real estate
• Stay updated on commercial market trends

Requirements:

• 1–4+ years of experience in sales or real estate
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong negotiation and client management skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• English required; additional languages are a plus
