Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Job Summary:

The Finance Business Partner (FBP) plays a crucial role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making within the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor, the FBP collaborates closely with business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and drive performance improvement.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor and report key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop cost control strategies and efficiency improvements.
• Provide financial guidance and support for new projects, investments, and initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
• Act as a bridge between finance and other business units to ensure effective communication and financial awareness.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
