The HR Admin will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive workplace environment and supporting our workforce effectively.
Payroll & HR Administration- Manage the payroll process for contract employees to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Oversee timesheet collections, invoice generation, and payment follow-ups from clients.
- Ensure proper management of statutory deductions such as gratuity and end-of-service benefits.
- Identify gaps in operational processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Work on automating key operations such as timesheet submissions, invoice management, and employee onboarding.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes.
- Manage relationships with external vendors such as payroll providers, insurance companies, and visa service providers.
- Negotiate contracts with third-party and assist in the organization of employee events and activities.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assignees to reduce costs and improve service quality.
Reporting & Performance Metrics- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, contract renewals, payroll accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management, highlighting successes, risks, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 + years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and UAE employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
