Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional service and cleanliness in a luxury hotel environment. This role is central to upholding the comfort, beauty, and high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and quality control measures
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and departmental budgets
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain brand standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally
• Oversee laundry operations and third-party vendor coordination (if applicable)

About You:

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with health and safety standards, chemical handling, and hotel housekeeping systems
• Passionate about luxury service and creating a welcoming, immaculate environment for guests and colleagues alike
