Overview of the role:
The incumbent is responsible for performing the purchasing activities of the clinics under the supervision of the Head of Supply Chain Management. The role is responsible for negotiating pricing agreements and service contracts related to the clinic purchasing transactions.
What you will do:
- Negotiating pricing agreements and service contracts
- Timely and accurate execution and follow-up of purchasing transactions
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoice and PO processing
- Adhere to policies and procedures established related to purchasing transactions
- Identifying clinical and non-clinical purchase requirements
- Identifying procurement sources for clinical and non-clinical goods and services
- Managing the item returns process
- Focusing on customer service and employee engagement
Required skills to be successful:

- Proven working experience as a procurement executive/specialist
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Negotiations and networking
- Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software

What qualifies you for the role:
Minimum qualifications and knowledge:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a medical education-related field.
Minimum experience:
At least 5 years of procurement experience within the healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setting.
