We're hiring a high-impact Industrial Sales Engineer to lead and expand Brady's Industrial Identification & Workplace Safety business in the UAE.
This is a frontline, high-ownership role for someone who doesn't wait for opportunities — but creates them.
What You'll Be Driving
You will take charge of a premium portfolio including:
- Industrial labeling & identification systems (Brady printers & consumables)
- Cable identification & panel identification solutions
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) & workplace safety systems
- Asset identification & reliability solutions
Your playground: Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Panel Builders, and MRO channels
Candidate Profile- You already have 8-10 years of UAE industrial sales success — and a track record to prove it
- You understand how to sell into plant managers, maintenance heads, and procurement teams
- You've worked with MRO, safety, identification, panel accessories, or industrial equipment
- You're commercially sharp — you know your numbers, pipeline, and conversion ratios
- You don't need handholding — you take ownership and execute
- You're hungry for a role where performance = recognition + growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
