General Accountant & Admin

Kreata Global, Leading Digital Media Agency is looking for a full-time General Accountant & Admin to join the team immediately. Candidates having 4 to 5 years experience in accounting and administration can apply.

Job Description

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.

• Reconcile supplier statements of accounts to ensure all invoices and payments are properly recorded.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with suppliers when necessary.

• Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs, including bank transfers and WPS processing (if applicable).

• Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Monitor all approved quotations to ensure timely invoicing.

• Manage and monitor the company's petty cash fund and related records.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Apply for and renew company licenses to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Process employee visa and insurance renewals.
• Monitor and maintain employee daily attendance records.
• Management of office supplies ordering & restocking.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 Years of experience in the field is required.
• Experience using Tally or other accounting software is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
