About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer cum Video Editor to join our team on a full-time, office based.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in videography, photography, and video editing, with strong expertise in event coverage, professional photography, and post-production.

This role requires someone who can independently manage the complete content production process from planning and capturing high-quality footage to editing and delivering polished final content for corporate, event, marketing, and digital media purposes.

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photographic content for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, campaigns, and other company activities.
• Handle professional event videography and photography while ensuring high-quality visual output.
• Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, websites, presentations, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Manage the complete post-production process, including video editing, color correction, sound editing, transitions, graphics, and final rendering.
• Perform professional photo editing, retouching, color correction, and image enhancement.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and other production tools effectively.
• Develop creative visual concepts in line with the company's brand identity and communication objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver content accordingly.
• Organize and maintain video footage, photographs, project files, and digital assets systematically.
• Ensure all projects are completed within agreed timelines while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, creative techniques, equipment, and best practices in videography, photography, and digital content production.

• Any bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in videography, photography, video editing, or a related creative role.
• Proven experience in videography and professional photography.
• Strong expertise in video editing, photo editing, and post-production.
• Excellent understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, framing, audio, and visual storytelling.
• Strong working knowledge of professional video and photo editing software.
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept and production through editing and final delivery.
• Experience producing content for social media and digital platforms is highly desirable.
• A valid UAE Emirates ID is required.
• Previous experience working with international companies, brands, or corporate clients is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in industry-standard creative software's including:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Illustrator
• DaVinci Resolve
• Other professional video, photography, and post-production tools.
• knowledge of AI tools heggsfeild / Claude / seedance
