Job Description

Hiring Business Analyst for one of the leading IT Service and Consulting company in UAE.

Location : Dubai, UAE

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years with team leading experience and proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an IT or technology-focused environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycle, and project management practices.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Visa Status: Candidates must have their own visa or a dependent visa to be eligible for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
• Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes, document functional and technical requirements, and create detailed specifications.
• Solution Design: Work with IT teams to design and propose solutions that address business needs and improve efficiency.
• Project Coordination: Assist in the management of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
• Testing and Validation: Develop test cases, conduct system testing, and ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and management.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.
