Employment: Full Time

This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile developments in a vibrant and fast-growing market.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Manage tender processes and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure compliance with the budget.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and report on financial performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize costs.
• Prepare payment certificates and manage variation orders.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and cost records throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven 5 experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost control techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and specialized quantity surveying software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local construction laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
