Role Purpose: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in office fit-out, industrial fit-out, project management, and engineering consultancy services.This role requires strong market knowledge, client relationship skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors: corporate offices, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, and warehousing.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, industry events, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing leads.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company policies.- Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Facilities Managers, Project Directors).
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during pre-contract discussions.
Work with the delivery team to ensure client expectations are clearly understood and met.- Market & Competitor Intelligence
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
Provide feedback to management on pricing, service offerings, and potential partnerships.- Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to prepare technical proposals.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create sector-specific campaigns.
Support tender submissions, RFP responses, and bid presentations.- Reporting & KPIs
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
