Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Junior sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and driving sales within the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and overall showroom appearance
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with inventory and back-office teams for stock availability
• Stay updated on new product launches and promotions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or showroom sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for billing and inventory systems
• Fluency in English; Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
• Presentable and well-groomed

Working Hours:

6 days a week (as per company policy)
