Internal Audit (UAEN)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting internal audits across various departments to assess risk and control effectiveness
• Support in the preparation of audit plans, working papers, and audit reports
• Perform testing of financial, operational, and compliance controls
• Identify and document audit findings, and assist in follow-up on corrective actions
• Help analyze data and provide insights for process improvements
• Participate in fieldwork, interviews, and document reviews under guidance
• Maintain organized and accurate audit documentation
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and internal policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 02 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles in audit, finance, or accounting preferred)
• Basic understanding of audit standards and accounting principles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with audit or ERP systems is a plus
