We are looking for a Korean (C1–C2) speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This is a great opportunity to build your career in customer support while living in a modern and fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and helpful support to customers
- Resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
- Follow company guidelines and procedures
- Korean (C1–C2)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a customer support environment
- Willingness to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah (UAE) and work on-site
- Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Visa process support (approx. 1 month processing time)
