We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator with a focus on Brand Awareness and Campaign Execution to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting brand strategy, coordinating integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, engagement, and recognition through compelling storytelling and coordinated marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of Marketing Coordinator experience, responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collecting data about target demographics. Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing brand awareness strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate the planning, launch, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.
  • Support the creation of campaign briefs, timelines, and asset management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brand.
  • Work with design, content, and external vendors to produce campaign assets such as ads, emails, videos, and print materials.
  • Monitor social media and digital trends to identify brand opportunities and inform campaign strategy.
  • Track and report on KPIs related to brand awareness, such as reach, impressions, engagement, and share of voice.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Support influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and PR efforts aimed at elevating brand presence.
  • Assist with market research and audience analysis to inform campaign planning and messaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives.

Marketing Calendar Campaigns

Support in the timely implementation and execution of 360-Degree launch of campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Digital, Retails, branding etc.) and agencies (creative social) to execute and optimize marketing calendar campaigns.

Ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and brand objectives. Coordinate and manage marketing events, tradeshows, and promotional activities.

Social Media

Work closely with the social media agency to develop and execute content calendars for both paid and organic social. Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant strategies into our campaigns and content. Continuously look at attractive opportunities for marketing/ promoting respective.

Manage and update the company’s website, social media profiles and other digital marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to brand strategy or campaign execution.
  • Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute fresh, on-brand ideas.
  • Familiarity with social media management and content scheduling platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in brand marketing, advertising, or campaign planning.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience with paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and content marketing.

Salary: AED 4,500 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
