Fire Alarm Technician – Maintenance

Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Fire Alarm Technician for our maintenance division in Dubai. The candidate must have experience in fire alarm systems within civil construction, MEP projects, and building maintenance environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems in commercial/residential buildings
- Troubleshooting fire detection systems (smoke detectors, heat detectors, control panels)
- Preventive maintenance under AMC contracts
- Coordination with civil & MEP teams during site maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Civil Defense standards
- Maintain reports and documentation
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in fire alarm maintenance
- Experience in construction sites, fit-out, or facility management projects
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical or related field
- Knowledge of fire alarm panels (Honeywell, Siemens, Notifier preferred)
- Basic English communication
