Overview:
The Event Project Assistant Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events, meetings, conferences, or other gatherings. Works closely with the Event Projects Director to ensure that all aspects of an event run seamlessly.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Programming Assistant Manager will support the festival programming lead with planning, sourcing, curating and scheduling event content including but not limited to all shows, workshops, talks and seminars. The Programming Assistant Manager will work on all content development across the festival site alongside from planning through to on ground execution.
Job Specifications:
- 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the entertainment/large-scale events industry.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in project management, event management, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong event management skills, creative and ideation capabilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
