Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support one of our clients in the Holiday Homes segment. This individual will play a key role in executing and managing marketing activities across multiple channels.
The role involves coordinating content, managing social media, supporting influencer collaborations, and handling basic design-related tasks. You will work closely with an in-house content creator and external designers (if retained) to ensure smooth marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Oversee content creation and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content creator to produce engaging posts and campaigns.
- Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and grow social engagement.
Content Coordination & Design:
- Manage coordination with external designers or perform basic design tasks as needed.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content.
Influencer & PR Coordination:
- Manage influencer relationships, including staycations, content shoots, and brand collaborations.
- Organize logistics and timelines for influencer-driven campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
- Support paid marketing activities (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Utilize analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.
- Monitor engagement data and suggest improvements.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Work with automation tools to enhance customer communication and retargeting.
On-Site Coordination:
- Visit holiday homes/properties for shoots, collaborations, and other marketing initiatives.
What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
- Strong knowledge of social media content management and growth strategies.
- Prior experience coordinating with influencers and handling brand campaigns.
- Capability to manage creative deliverables and handle light design tasks.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take initiative.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with key marketing tools (or readiness to learn quickly).
