Whizz HR is hiring for Site Supervisor - Interior Fit Out

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Supervisor Interior Fit-Out to oversee on-site execution of interior works including joinery, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, partitions, and MEP coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities are carried out as per design, quality standards, safety norms, and within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision:

• Supervise and manage daily interior fit-out activities at site, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, labor, and suppliers to maintain workflow and schedule
• Ensure work quality, alignment, and finishes meet design intent and client expectations
• Coordinate the installation of joinery, wall finishes, ceiling systems, flooring, partitions, and built-in furniture

MEP Coordination & Compliance:

• Work closely with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration with interior works
• Verify site conditions and resolve technical issues or conflicts
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies

Planning & Reporting:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Track material deliveries, usage, and resource deployment
• Assist in preparing work schedules and monitoring productivity

Client & Consultant Coordination:

• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams
• Respond to technical queries and implement feedback or corrective actions promptly
• Support project handover including snagging, testing, and documentation

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
• 35 years of site experience in interior fit-out, joinery, and finishing works
• Prior experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential interior projects preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
• Good knowledge of fit-out materials, construction details, and finishing standards
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with good communication and team collaboration
