Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the engineering division to align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Design and enhance engineering processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and expedite project delivery
• Strategically manage engineering resources, including manpower and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization across projects
• Identify, integrate, and leverage new technologies and innovative practices to advance engineering capabilities and maintain a competitive edge
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal departments, to support project goals and business development
• Develop and manage budgets for engineering operations and projects, ensuring financial objectives are met and risks are effectively mitigated
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Lead the development and validation of complex technical designs and solutions
• Act as a technical expert in meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders
• Mentor and train junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges
• Oversee the technical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company standards
• Review and approve engineering designs, documentation, and reports
• Manage the engineering technical team, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project execution
• Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
• Monitor project progress, including technical performance, and adjust plans as necessary
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure project requirements are met
• Oversee the development and implementation of technical training programs for engineering staff
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies, while driving continuous improvement in engineering practices
• Check and approve for the design prepared by third party and ensure its compatibility with all design disciplines (as applicable)
• Ensure the timely delivery of IFF/IFP Issued for fabrication/production drawings inline to deliverable log and project plan (As applicable)
• Propose value Engineering option in execution stage and tender stage
• Propose innovative ideas in engineering practices
• Oversees the training and development needed for division's effective operations and subordinates career development

Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Architect, Civil)
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or LEED accreditation is a plus
• Ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
