Job Description
A multinational company is looking for a Senior Videographer and Editor to produce high-quality, visually compelling video content that brings brand stories to life across global campaigns, corporate communications, and internal initiatives.
Working within the in-house Creative Studio, the role is responsible for end-to-end video production, from planning and filming through to editing and final delivery. The role combines strong cinematography and storytelling skills with hands-on post-production expertise to deliver content that meets premium creative standards and engages diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
The role plays a key part in strengthening the organisation's ability to deliver impactful visual content in-house, supporting brand consistency, faster delivery, and cost efficiency. By prioritising audience engagement, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and continuously evolving creative techniques and production approaches, the role contributes to delivering high-performing content that supports global brand and communication objectives.
Job Accountabilities
Video Production and Cinematography- Lead all aspects of video production, including shooting, lighting, sound recording, and on-site direction.
- Capture high-quality footage across a range of content types, including brand films, corporate stories, interviews, and event coverage.
- Plan and execute shoots across studio and on-location environments, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Translate creative briefs and scripts into engaging visual narratives through strong cinematography and direction.
- Conduct and direct interviews, testimonials, and narrative-driven content with confidence and clarity.
- Ensure all content reflects brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling standards.
- Edit raw footage into polished, cohesive video content with strong pacing and narrative flow.
- Apply colour grading, sound design, and finishing to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with motion graphics and design teams to integrate graphics and visual enhancements.
- Manage video projects end-to-end, from planning through to final delivery.
- Deliver content on time and to a high standard across multiple formats and platforms, including digital, social, and internal channels.
- Manage versioning, formats, and technical specifications efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality video content in-house, reducing reliance on external production resources.
- Balance creative ambition with efficient execution to maximise output within available resources.
- Identify opportunities to streamline production workflows and improve turnaround times.
- Ensure best practice use of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment across all shoots.
- Stay current with emerging video production trends, tools, and techniques.
- Proactively introduce new approaches that enhance production quality and storytelling impact.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in videography and editing within a creative agency, production house, or in-house creative team.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cinematography, storytelling, and post-production work.
- Advanced proficiency in video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound recording tools.
- Strong expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of colour grading, audio editing, and post-production workflows.
- Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for composition, framing, and visual narrative.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across creative and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and solution-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about visual storytelling and continuous improvement in craft.
