The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our real estate sales team by coordinating various aspects of the sales process. Duties will include assisting with client communication, organizing property showings, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth transactions.The Real Estate Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in facilitating communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and successful sales outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently deliver and collect essential documents for real estate transactions in a timely manner.
Assist real estate agents with client communication and scheduling property showings.
Coordinate and schedule property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
Provide administrative support to the real estate sales team as needed.
Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Ensure the safe and secure transportation of sensitive documents to and from designated locations.
Monitor and adhere to traffic and safety regulations during transportation activities.
Collaborate with the administrative team to prioritize and organize daily tasks effectively.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate Brokerage.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and processes is a plus.
