At Discovery Dunes, our landscapes and farm are more than just scenery theyre the first impression our members and guests experience and the source of our farm-to-table dining. Were seeking a passionate Farm/Horticulturist Supervisor to support our thriving farm, nursery, and pristine landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and harvest organic vegetables, herbs, fruits, and edible flowers for our world-class culinary team.
- Manage planting schedules, crop rotation, and sustainable farming practices.
- Manage the ordering of plants, seeds and farm supplies in accordance with the budget and farm requirements.
- Work closely with our chefs and F&B team to deliver fresh, seasonal produce daily.
- Care for diverse ornamental trees and shrubs across our property.
- Host engaging farm tours and workshops to share your expertise with our members and their families.
- Support with the landscaping of the property - overseeing the care of a diverse range of ornamental trees and shrubs.
What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:
- A degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in horticulture, propagation, nursery management, and organic farming.
- An eye for detail and a genuine passion for quality and sustainability.
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming personality to engage with members.
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
