General Insurance Specialist
Job description / Role
Employment: Full Time
The role is responsible for activities related to the processing and documentation of General insurance like (Property, Marine, Liability)
Responsibilities & Duties:- Process endorsements including modifications, in a prompt manner while providing quality service to clients.
- Proactively report critical issues to management in line with company policy.
- Cross sell / Up sell various policies of insurance using effective negotiation strategies and close sales.
- Create and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Any other related duties / projects assigned from time to time to meet the business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry with General Insurance products like (Property, Marine, Liability)
- Strong understanding of General insurance products with awareness of current market trends
- Strong connections with other insurance companies and underwriters
