About the Role

AX Premium Properties is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of residential and investment properties in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for real estate, client relationships, and portfolio growth.

• Manage and grow highnetworth clients property portfolios.
• Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations and ensuring smooth transactions.
• Coordinate viewings and help the clients with the needful.
• Keep clients informed with regular performance updates and market insights.
• Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and achieve personal and team goals
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads and referrals.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate or property/portfolio management
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and trends
• Demonstrate indepth knowledge of offplan properties
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and numerical skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
