Role Overview

We are seeking a Joinery Technical Detailer with strong experience in shop drawings, production detailing, and technical coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in converting approved designs into accurate, buildable, and production-ready drawings for our joinery workshop and site teams.

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for custom joinery, including wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, wall cladding, doors, and bespoke furniture.
• Produce technical sections, construction details, fixing details, and material specifications.
• Review design drawings and identify technical, production, or installation challenges.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, factory teams, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, project requirements, and production feedback.
• Ensure drawings are optimized for manufacturing efficiency and installation accuracy.
• Assist with material take-offs and production-related documentation when required.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in joinery detailing and shop drawings.
• UAE joinery factory experience is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of joinery construction methods, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience detailing custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, wall paneling, and decorative joinery.
• Knowledge of materials including MDF, plywood, veneer, laminates, solid wood, and joinery hardware.
• Ability to interpret architectural, interior design, and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
